The project comprises a 200,000-square-foot study & conference center and campus with ancillary support facilities on 177± acres (Currently Under Construction). It adjoins the future Amy’s Kitchen facility on an adjacent site.

The design included the following planning and engineering aspects:

• Prepare feasibility analysis and develop design alternatives for both Amy’s Kitchen (adjacent site) and Science of the Soul
• Prepare site plans & construction documents
• Coordinate with project planners for SEQRA analysis and approval
• Acquire Department of Health and Town approvals
• Coordinate design of and connection to offsite utility extensions
• Onsite utilities construction inspection
