Responsible for management of commercial site plans and residential subdivisions including feasibility studies, preliminary and final design, preparation of engineering reports and coordination with State and local agencies relative to permitting and approvals associated with various projects.

Responsible for the supervision of field and office survey personnel including the preparation of cost estimates and proposals; the coordination and scheduling of survey jobs; the review of field work, office calculations, boundary determinations, legal descriptions, real-time differential GPS surveys, and mapping prepared by survey personnel; troubleshooting of boundary disputes and client concerns.
