The project consisted of planning and engineering services for a new theme park and resort on approximately 500 acres in the Town of Goshen, New York.

The design included the following planning and engineering aspects:

  • Boundary and topographic survey mapping
  • Building location and layout
  • Internal Roadway Layout, Circulation and Design
  • Parking Facilities layout and design for 5,000 spaces
  • Water and sewer systems design
  • Preparation of stormwater management plan, layout and design, SWPPP
  • Site grading design
  • Earth work analysis volume, calculations and balancing
  • Erosion and sedimentation control plan
  • Facility site lighting
  • EIS development and coordination with project planners
  • Representation of client before municipal and regulatory review agencies
  • Coordination with traffic engineers for improvements and relocation of New York State Route 17, exit 125
  • Coordination with wetland consultant for wetland mapping, disturbance and mitigation permitting
  • Preparation of land dedication mapping and subdivisions to Town of Goshen and NYSDOT
  • Extensive coordiantion with architectural team and consultants
  • Construction coordination with contractors
