The design included the following planning and engineering aspects:
• Survey existing conditions
• Prepare engineer’s report, site plans, specifications and contract documents
• Acquire Health Department approval
• Municipal bidding and contract administration
• Construction and stormwater management inspection
• Project punch list & closeout
