Lanc & Tully, P.C., Welcomes Hoffman as Partner
Sean T. Hoffman has joined Lanc & Tully, P.C., as a new partner in the firm. A professional engineer licensed in New York and New Jersey, Sean is also a NJ-certified municipal engineer and a NY-certified code enforcement officer.
Sean joins Lanc & Tully after two years with Hoffman Engineering in Goshen. His previous experience includes H2M architects + engineers in Suffern and Riddick Associates, P.C. in Tappan and Suffern.
Sean is currently the town engineer for the towns of Goshen and Tuxedo; village engineer for the villages of Maybrook and Florida; and consulting engineer for the Village of Woodbury. From 2011 – 2018, Sean served as Deputy Mayor and Village Trustee in the Village of Walden. Since 2022, Sean has served as associate justice in the Village of Walden.
His responsibilities at Lanc & Tully will include design of various municipal projects including roadways, water, wastewater, and stormwater drainage, advising municipal boards and departments including review of site plan and subdivision applications and recommendations to planning boards.
Sean holds a B.S. in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, and an M.E. in Environmental Engineering from Manhattan College.
